Yes. We offer free design support for storage equipment adapted to your goods and handling requirements. Product manufacturing and delivery are quoted separately.
What is the lead time for an order?
Lead time depends on the model, quantity and stock availability. We confirm the dispatch schedule in the quotation; shipping time depends on the destination and transport method.
What payment terms are available?
T/T and L/C are available. The payment schedule and any other terms are agreed in the quotation and order confirmation.
What shipping terms are available?
Available trade terms include EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. Share your delivery destination so the quotation can specify the agreed shipping terms and costs.
How can I share drawings for my enquiry?
