Access gates, dividers and liners adapt a wire container to the goods and workstation. Check their compatibility with the selected model, including usable space and folding requirements.
Choose the access opening
A drop gate opens downward; a swing gate opens to the side. Compare the access each provides and the space needed around it. Include the height at which goods will be picked and how the gate is secured during handling.
Organize the contents
Dividers can separate different parts or create defined positions. A liner can help retain items that are too small for the mesh. Specify the smallest item, any surfaces that need protection and the space these additions may occupy.
Keep folding and handling clear
An added divider or liner may affect how the container folds. Check the complete configuration, including access to the base and fork entry. Explain whether the unit stays at one workstation or travels between storage and production areas.
Request only the changes you need
Share the goods dimensions, load, access direction and quantity. If an existing model does not fit, EasyLink offers free design support to discuss changes to its size or structure. Equipment supply is quoted separately.
